Refund, Shipping and Warranty Policies

Keep in mind that Ludikraft products (DIY Kits) are hand made and their production is carried out to order, which is why there is no stock that we can deliver immediately and that, therefore, their manufacture is make on demand. With this premise, keep in mind that each product has an average production time of 3 business days plus 2 - 8 business days for shipping depending on its location (shipments in Colombia).

For digital products, these are for immediate download directly from the website store. If you have any issues with the initial download, please feel free to email us at info@ludikraft.com and we will be happy to assist you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts for 20 calendar days for physical products (DIY kits) from the purchase of the product. After 20 days of purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging; You will bear the shipping costs and, once we receive the product, we will proceed. Keep in mind that the abuse or mistreatment of the product is grounds for denying the return of your product.

Custom-made and specially designed items can only be returned if they are faulty.

If you want to change the reference of your product or the color, you can do it free of charge within 48 hours after purchase. Once the shipment has been made, and within 20 calendar days after purchase, you can request the change; You will have to bear both the shipping and return costs of the new product. Keep in mind that your product must be in perfect condition and must not have been opened to make the requested change.

* If your change is to a reference of less value than that of your product, there is no refund of money for the difference that exists.

Due to the nature of digital products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” the product so unfortunately we cannot offer a refund after your file has been downloaded. To complete your return or exchange, we need a receipt or proof of payment.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be made by requesting the pertinent data to do so within a certain number of days.

Digital products (non-tangible digital goods) do not have a refund once they are downloaded or after 20 business days after purchase. We will only proceed to reimburse digital products if they do not correspond to the description of the product sheet in the publication (almost nil possibility).

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check the account to which you requested your refund. Please contact the company in case of any delay, this process may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If, after checking with your company, the refund has not yet been received, contact us at info@ludikraft.com

SHIPMENTS

Shipments of physical products (DIY Kits or special products) may take 2 - 8 business days depending on the destination (in Colombia) once the payment process is registered. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the control of Ludikraft and irresistible, delays in deliveries may arise, such circumstances will be informed by telephone or electronically to the buyer.

Ludikraft does not commit to specific delivery times. The product will arrive at the specified place between the hours established in the shipping order.

In the event that the buyer's address is visited and the order cannot be delivered because he or his authorized person is not present, a new shipment may be rescheduled with prior telephone communication with the buyer to notify the news and coordinate the new delivery. . In case of needing a third delivery, the client will assume the additional cost that is charged by the company in charge of the shipments.

Shipments of digital products (non-tangible digital goods) are made immediately from the website. In case of not being able to download, please contact info@ludikraft.com to send the files to your email or temporary download link.

GUARANTEE

For factory defects, damaged parts, elements that do not correspond to the product or delivery of unsolicited products, you have a 30-day guarantee from the purchase of the product.

Please, contact us at info@ludikraft.com and in Subject write “Warranty”, then include the following information:

  • Product name.

  • Order number.

  • Proof of payment.

  • Video or photo of the defective product *

  • Delivery address.

  • Contact telephone number.

* For your request to be validated and processed, it is important that you provide us, graphically, the defective part of the product for which the warranty is requested.
